The firmness tester / texturometer works with oranges, lemon, pomelo, mango. It is a motorised texturometer with stepper motor. Automatic texturometer (Texture analyzer) determines the firmness of fruits, non-destructive system. Sensor capacity 15 Kg, precision 1.5 grams. Measure the firmness of any citrus fruit… on a very precise way, avoiding operator mistake. Completely designed and produced in Europe (Electronic boards from Italy, all other parts + assembly and calibration from France). Measurement range from 0.5 Kg to 15 Kg, Huge memory due to SD card capacity. Available in Kg, DaN & Lb version Just place your Orange / Lemon / Pomelo / Mango under the sensor, press on the touch switch, and the texture / internal pressure of your fruit is displayed, classified by batch and recorded under Excel format on the SD card The statistics (Average and homogeneity index) are provided for each batch.
