New developments in controlled atmosphere systems at Fruit Attraction

Once again, ABSOGER, manufacturer of controlled atmosphere equipment for the long-term storage of fruit and vegetables, will be present at Fruit Attraction 2021, at stand 4E12. The company has a highly qualified team based in the South of France and a network of professional partners around the world. The range of equipment includes N2 generators, CO2 scrubbers, high performance ethylene catalysts, accurate O2 / CO2/C2H4 analysers and an automated cold store gas level management system. In addition, Absoger has developed the Dynamic Pressure Management system, a new technique to achieve perfect sealing conditions for all types of cold rooms. For high value products such as berries, the company manufactures its Palicontrol system, which provides control of gas levels on a pallet. Maximum flexibility for storing different fruits in the same cold store: no need for airtight storage. Thanks to extensive experience, Absoger and its French refrigeration partner develop and deliver turnkey long-term storage projects all over the world. The scope of the project includes the construction of cold rooms, refrigeration and ULO / Extreme-ULO controlled atmosphere systems and customised technical assistance.
