GIRO has launched a new design to improve the appearance of the current net bags: the Fashioned Girfilm. This new type of film consists of a plastic printed band whose longitudinal edges are cut out (Fashioned) following the shape of the printed image. This way, a Girfilm with a specific and unique form is obtained that enhances the message. When it is applied to the production of the packing, the result is spectacular and attractive. One of the biggest advantages of the Fashioned Girfilm is that it can be used on the existing machines not requiring any additional investment for the packer. Give dimension to your designs This new Girfilm can be applied to any of the existing  packaging systems (Ultrabag, Girsac or Girplus). The only technical limitation is the need to maintain the top and bottom edges straight, as this is the section of film that seals the packaging on both ends. The Fashioned Girfilm allows the same packaging system (bagging machine + type of bag) to include an endless range of possibilities where the advertising, promotions and brand image stand out in a way never seen previously. Fashioned Girfilm is available in all of the usual materials (i.e. PE, BOPP or BOPET) in widths ranging from 75 to 145 mm. It is necessary to use Spot-Less centering technology to ensure optimal film positioning in the manufacture of the packing. Now, it is very important that designers take into consideration the Fashioned Girfilm option, as it allows to achieve very attractive visual effects and packing will have a 3D effect.
