Tesco confirmed PacLife as a supplier for Latin America and USDA-APHIS, after two years of testing, selected two companies, one of them Paclife, as providers for conventional, integrated and organic production reports PacLife CEO Mauricio Riquelme. The new generation of active and intelligent Modified Atmosphere packaging presented at Fruit Attraction has a number of interesting features: - Despite being recyclable films, it is the packaging line with great optical transparency and brightness - They have a thermoactive capacity to withstand variations in temperature minimizing the effects on the fruit - The Modified Atmosphere is reached in 24 hours, protecting the fruit from the very beginning - It is a range of films that are easy to handle, fill and seal - They keep the pedicels of cherries, grapes and other fruits greener and turgid for longer - Preserve the natural characteristics of the fruit for up to 70 days - The material is 100% recyclable - By favouring the preservation of the fruits it contains, it contributes to sustainability through the reduction of food waste.
