Isolcell presents THE NEW RANGE of nitrogen generators, PSA technology In the Interpoma fair held in Bolzano from 20 to 11/22/2014 Isolcell has introduced its new range of nitrogen generators with technology PSA. The components that make up the new generators NIMOS NL, including the development of the machines are designed and manufactured with the latest technology and are the result of more than 12 months of work at the factory in Laives (BZ) of our Research and Technical Division development, which was followed by a long series of field tests in the installations of our historic customers. Numerous international patents characterize a series of nitrogen generators destined to be the benchmark for the coming years. NEW GENERATORS, more efficient, silent, compact and easily expandable, thanks to large investments in research and development The new generators are extremely efficient, hitherto unthinkable; also have a low noise level, making their presence in the engine rooms almost imperceptible. The compactness and essential geometry ensures easy access to all pneumatic and electronic components and easy positioning, even in the most constrained environments.   The range of products, the largest available on the market today, consists of 2 series of machines capable of meeting the needs of most industrial applications: PSA NL M Series, for low capacity From 0.5 to 33.7 m3 N / h, compact but with the same characteristics of reliability of the larger models. PSA Series NL, for medium and large capacities From 3 to over 5,000 m3 N / hour The design of the new PSA nitrogen generator NL Isolcell minimizes the overall dimensions and allows the generation of nitrogen from a few liters per minute to thousands of cubic meters per hour. Thanks to the modular structure, the production capacity may be expanded by simply inserting new columns or other additional modules. This makes it possible to exploit the advantages of a system of "multibank" able to optimize cycle times and energy consumption. BEST PURITY, always under CONTROL All our nitrogen generators are equipped with residual oxygen analyzer; beyond measure and display the value of residual oxygen, it check the correct operation of generators, ensuring the production of nitrogen with a quality perfectly compatible with the client needs. Food QUALITYNitrogen according to the specifications of the E941 food additive. The packaging of food products with the use of controlled or modified atmospheres also allows to maintain the same quality of the food for long periods of time. Proper protective atmosphere slows product degradation, preserving aromas, scents and original flavors. Benefits: Keeps the original organoleptic properties and extends product life (shelf life). LOW maintenance The choice of high quality molecular sieves combined with an automatic filling system, developed by our technicians, specially enable a minimal maintenance of the generator and eliminate costly replacement or substitution of molecular sieves, which, in optimal conditions, have length exceeding 50,000 working hours.
