Sustainable packaging at PPMA 2019

It's always great to see customers old and new at exhibitions and PPMA 2019 didn't disappoint. This year ULMA showcased one of their latest innovations the TFS 200 MSV thermoformer which offers 3 pack styles in one machine. Venturi uses air to pull the product right to the bottom of the bag thus using less packaging and avoiding product getting stuck in the seal so less re-work. The patented Tight Bag system removes excess air from packaging meaning reduced transport costs as more packs per crate are possible.
