TECNIDEX participates in the CRI (Citrus Research International) Postharvest Packhouse Workshops 2014 in South Africa, which takes place from 29 January to 19 February . A key event that brings together the citrus industry in the country. More than 600 delegates are expected. Besides sponsor, TECNIDEX, Spanish company with extensive international presence specializing in products, technologies and services to ensure the health and quality of fruit and vegetables, will have a representation in the seminars, with the latest developments of the company for postharvest health. Over three weeks, the workshops will address the problems of the citrus postharvest citrus in the main growing areas, including visits to Limpopo, Mpumalanga, KZN and Swaziland, Eastern Cape and Western Cape. The main objective is to gather all the citrus sector in the country and representatives of the agrochemical industry to bring together the latest research and developments made in this field in order to remain at the forefront of developments and to ensure maximum efficiency in the health treatment and citrus fruits. In the workshops the 300 citrus plants in the country are involved, as well as manufacturers and suppliers of equipment for power plants, chemicals, packaging materials and waxes, and also, logistics personnel, exporters, and admission deposits.
