TOMRA completes COMPAC acquisition

Compac will become a part of the Tomra family, complementing the sorting offerings with solutions for apples, citrus fruits, kiwifruit, cherries, avocados, stone fruit and many more. The acquisition has now received the New Zealand Overseas Investment Office’s approval. Part of the acquisition is that Compac Spain will become TOMRA Sorting Food’s exclusive distributor of lane sorting solutions in south east Europe.
