Automatic Vegetables Spiralizer Mod. Streamer for Turatti Group Nominated to the Fruit Logistica Innovation Award 2017

TURATTI GROUP announced today that the Mod. Streamer has been nominated for the prestigious Fruit Logistica Innovation Award 2017, the most important one of its kind in the international fresh fruit and vegetable sector. The FRUIT LOGISTICA Innovation Award (FLIA) is presented each year during the tradeshow in Berlin for outstanding innovations in the fresh produce sector. The new patent-pending automated spiralizer from Turatti Group allows to obtain a wide range of spiralized products, with different shapes and sizes. This groundbreaking solution allows to convert vegetables like Carrots, Zucchinis, Sweet Potatoes…into spiral-shaped, pasta-type noodles. A wide range of vegetarian “spaghetti”, “tagliatelle” and “Gnocchi” can be obtained, recovering otherwise unutilized parts from firm fruits and vegetables (stalks, irregular products…).
