Marita Cantwell, Convener, announces the III International Conference on Fresh-cut Products: Maintaining Quality & Safety. The conference will be held at the UC Davis Conference Center September 13-16, 2015, with an optional post-conference technical tour September 17-18. This fresh-cut conference in 2015 will take the place of the annual fresh-cut workshop that the Postharvest Technology Center at UC Davis has been successfully organizing since 1995. This conference is an important international gathering of colleagues to focus on key issues and emerging technologies relevant to the dynamic and growing fresh-cut produce industry.
