POSTHARVEST TECHNOLOGY CENTER, UC DAVIS

Announcing change to UC Davis 2023 Postharvest Short Course: only be offered in a virtual format

As the Postharvest Technology Center enters its 45th year, we have decided to renew how we deliver our annual workshops and courses, starting with the 2023 Postharvest Technology of Horticultural Crops Short Course. This year?s Short Course was initially scheduled for in-person and virtual participation June 19-23, 2023, with an optional in-person Field Tour set for June 26-30. We will still provide this invaluable learning opportunity to all produce professionals; however, it will only be offered in a virtual format with highlights of the field tour. This change will allow us the time we need to improve our course curriculum and deliver an improved learning experience that aligns with the current realities and challenges of working in the produce industry. The 2023 Virtual Short Course will be offered at a lower cost. Please stay tuned for new details about the course by regularly checking our newsletter and website at www.postharvest.ucdavis.edu and our LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram channels. We hope to "see" you in June!
