It’s not too late to join us for the 39th annual Postharvest Technology of Horticultural Crops Short Course June 19-23, with optional tour June 26-30! Invest in yourself and your company by learning the latest in produce handling. This annual short course presents an overview of current technologies and best practices for handling produce, including harvesting cooling, packaging, marketing and transportation.  The optional tour includes an up-close look at harvest operations, packing facilities and transportation operations throughout California. This year, we are offering a special 2-day commodity-focused registration option for participants who cannot get away for a full week.  The first 2 days (June 19-20) will focus on produce fundamentals and commodity profiles.
