The vegetables processed by TECNOCEAM GRILL OVEN are cooked in hot air (300-350ºC) and then are marked from both sides. The Griller Roasting Oven by TECNOCEAM is designed to cook and mark all vegetables to get delicious excellent product. It is available in different length and width to satisfy Client’s output requirements. The grilled vegetables can be chilled and packed fresh , canned in jars or cans with oil or frozen in bags. The vegetables processed by the GRILL OVEN are cooked in hot air (300-350ºC) and then are marked from both sides. Both operations, cooking and marking, are performed inside the continuous Grill Roasting Oven. The cooking time is dependant from the final destination of the product and usually varies from 4 to 10 minutes. The process in hot air is the best cooking process because is more gently than other alternatives like blanching or steaming. The taste, the nutrients and vitamins shall be much more preserved, making a real healthy delicious product. Furthermore, during cook-grilling you have a water reduction and that increases the taste. Possible output using a Tecnoceam Grill Oven include:1 - Fresh grilled vegetables, packed in trays in air, shelf life 7 - 10 days at 4ºC2 -Fresh grilled pasteurized, packed in vacuum tray, shelf life 1 month at 4ºC3 - Fresh Grilled vegetables with oil, packed in vacuum tray, shelf life 1 month at 4ºC4 - Fresh grilled marinated vegetables, packed in vacuum tray, shelf life 2 months at 4ºC5 - Grilled frozen, packed in bags, shelf life 1-2 years at -18ºC6 - Grilled marinated pasteurized, packed in jars, cans or trays; shelf life 1-2 years at ambient temperature.Pepper, aubergines, champignons, witloof, broccoli, zucchini, ... are only examples of grillable foods.
