53207, strawberry and small fruit penetrometer

The 53207 strawberry and small fruit penetrometer, by T.R. TURONI, works in a range till 1 kg (2,2 lb).

Accessories include n. 1 plunger (6 mm), and, on request: n. 1 "star" plunger for strawberries.

Also on request: set of small diameter plungers.

The instrument provides for an accurate index to determine the right period for fruit harvesting and it can monitor maturation progress during cold storage (pulp softening).
