53201, avocado penetrometer

The avocado penetrometer, ref. 53201, by TR TURONI, measures till 20 kg, and count on 2 plungers (8 and 11 mm) as accessories.

The instrument provides for an accurate index to determine the right period for fruit harvesting and it can monitor maturation progress during cold storage (pulp softening):
