Sauce packaging in an environmental friendly way
Vertical wrapping is a way packagin method using a minimum of packaging material and space for storage and logistic. The preparation of sauces is a way to add value to the agricultural products, to avoid food waste (products con odd forms can be used), and to get a further income. Sauce packaging in vertical wrapper (vffs) with modified atmosphere (MAP) is done by the VTI 200 vertical wrapper (VFFS), by ULMA Packaging.
