TSA 680 P traysealer machine for regular-shaped trays

ULMA presents its automatic thermosealing machine for all types of prefabricated trays of different composition. Heat sealable films that can be printed are used as lidding material.

The innovative CMC (Continuous Motion Control) software optimizes production through precise tray positioning control, achieving outputs of up to 150 packs/min depending on tray type and dimensions.

This equipment is designed for integration in medium-high production lines or in processes that require a precise control of the movement in the transport of trays. The sealing process can be carried out in 1 row (single-line) or in 2 rows (double-line) depending on the format to be packed.
