We will present our range of packaging machines, specifically designed to meet the diverse and evolving needs of fresh produce producers. Ideal for products with or without trays, these machines are engineered to adapt easily to new formats, products, and packaging materials.

Designed to handle a wide variety of materials, including plastic and recyclable options in the paper recycling stream, these machines offer a highly flexible solution for a broad range of products. We will showcase the following packaging solutions:

1. Horizontal flow pack for fresh produce.

We will feature the SIENNA horizontal flow wrapper with a 100% recyclable pack with a mesh window. This pack is suitable for various types of fruits and vegetables; on this occasion, we will showcase packaging for avocados.

2. Vertical packaging for fresh produce.

We will present the VTC 840 vertical form-fill-seal machine with a 100% recyclable pack suitable for the paper recycling stream. It is equipped with motorized systems that facilitate format changes, focusing on reducing downtime and increasing machine availability.

3. Tray sealing and case packing line.

We will exhibit a packaging line consisting of a TSA 680 P tray sealer, capable of sealing up to 120 trays per minute, and the CP 200 automatic case packer, which allows for customized tray layouts in plastic or cardboard boxes.

Smart Machines

Our packaging equipment is designed with interconnection and integration capabilities with auxiliary equipment from other manufacturers and features advanced controls via a simple and intuitive HMI. Additionally, they are equipped with functionalities such as consumption measurement (air, electricity, film), which facilitate their use and contribute to the analysis of line efficiency.
