Affinity CD-L produces uniform cubes in the small to intermediate size range

Urschel's new Affinity® CD-L cuber produces uniform cubes in the small to intermediate size range. The CD-L combines the utility of Urschel's CD-A and L-A models with working design elements of the Affinity Integra® cuber. Processors replacing the L-A model with the CD-L model achieve more than twice the capacity.

With a sanitary design, the cutting area is completely separated from the mechanical drive area. With hinged access panels for easy maintenance and cleaning, and full access for hassle-free parts replacement. The feeder spindle, feed drum and 5 HP (3.7 kW) motor work efficiently with the cutting components during the successful processing of dried fruit and other products. Optional integrated oil spray system lubricates the blades to aid in processing sticky products. Equipped with stainless steel contact parts, the dicer has a simple operation that only requires the push of a button. In addition, depending on processing objectives, it can operate at high or low speed. The cuber offers continuous operation and is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. The size of the input product should be no larger than 1/2” (12.7 mm), depending on the compressibility of the product.
