Comitrol® Processor model 2100, with large capacity hopper

The Urschel Comitrol® Model 2100 processor has a large feed hopper. The impeller can be equipped with a 40 or 60 HP (30 or 44.7 kW) motor. The agitator and screw feeder provide positive feed assistance. It is constructed of stainless steel to ensure maximum durability and sanitation. This machine features continuous operation for uninterrupted production and is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. Common processing applications include vegetables, beef/poultry/seafood and by-products, chili/garlic/garlic/ginger/bean pastes, biscuit/pastry reprocessing and seaweed.

Product infeed depends on the style of reduction head, the impeller chosen and the spacing within the head. In general, the maximum inlet size in any dimension should not exceed 2-1/2” (63.5 mm).
