Comitrol® processor model 9310, high capacity controlled particle size reduction

Urschel's Comitrol® Model 9310 processor replaces the 9300. Features include an integrated HMI, an optimized airflow system, cutting compartment with a state-of-the-art design, and an extended spindle axis. The machine is equipped with the 12” (304.8 mm) diameter micro-cutting head and is available in pump-feed or screw-feed versions. The micro-cutting head combined with a powerful motor produces the best particle size reduction in terms of accuracy and capacity. The Model 9310 is recommended for slurry, paste or liquid applications. It is sold for processing a variety of items such as nut milks, fruit purees, baby food, nut butters, vegetable juices, beef, poultry, beef/poultry by-products, soybean reductions and active pharmaceutical ingredient reductions. Choose between the 9310 equipped with a screw feeder or the pump-feed version.

In general, the maximum input size in any dimension should not exceed 3/8” (9.5 mm). Both models feature continuous operation for uninterrupted production and a simplified design for easy cleaning and maintenance.
