Comitrol.jpg

The Urschel Model 3600F is popular in both small volume and large scale production environments. The 3600F is equipped with a 10 HP (7.5 kW) motor and a screw feeder controlled by a VFD (variable frequency drive) that provides positive feed assistance. It is common for this machine to be sold as a precutter for use in conjunction with the Comitrol Model 1700 processor.

Common applications include rework of bakery items, beef/poultry/seafood and seafood by-products, and vegetable/fruit reductions. It is constructed of stainless steel to ensure maximum durability and sanitation. This machine features continuous operation for uninterrupted production. It is also designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. Product infeed depends on the style of reduction head, the reduction head chosen and the spacing within the head. In general, the maximum inlet size in any dimension should not exceed: 2-1/2 (63.5 mm).
