The URSCHEL E TranSlicer®, a novel design for today's food industry needs:

• Can handle solid products up to 101.6 mm and compressible products up to 152.4 mm

• Newly designed cutter wheel mount/hub assembly allows for easy wheel changes
• Hinged/sliding panels provide full access to all key areas of the machine and simplify maintenance and cleaning
• Sloped machine surfaces, including a self-draining frame, facilitate cleaning
• Hygienic design with all mechanical components completely separated from the food area
• Simple use of circuit breakers in the integrated electrical housing instead of fuses and a motor brake button that releases the brake for ease of maintenance
• Electrical wires exit the frame to allow for easy washing and cleaning of trapped food particles
• Indicator lights on the electrical panel and gates illuminate when the gates are properly engaged
