The SL-14 features 14 cutting stations, maximizing slice engagement to deliver higher capacities compared to the fully-adjustable 8-station cutting head. This advanced slicing head is engineered without the need for shims or shoes, making tool-free knife changeovers quick and easy.

Weighing just 35 lb (16 kg) and equipped with built-in lifting handles, the SL-14 is easily removed and replaced, ensuring seamless operation. Designed for versatility, the SL-14 is perfect for a variety of food products, including potato chips, cheese, vegetables, and nuts.

The SL-14 offers over a dozen different cutting options, including flat slices, “V” slices, Flat-V® shreds, Flat-V® slices, crinkle cut potato slices, strip cuts, full shreds, “V” shreds, oval shreds, wide oval shreds, crescent shreds, wide crescent shreds, and grating options.
