Potato slicer model CCL Lattice, creates a unique appearance for special products
The URSCHEL Model CCL Slicer produces grate-type slices of various thicknesses. Both sides of the slicer have corrugations, with the corrugations on each side at approximately 90° to each other. Uses include lattice potato chips and thicker waffle potatoes.
The Lattice slicer is a unique application. Proper feeding of the machine is necessary to ensure continuous production. High quality tempered oval or flat potatoes measuring 2 - 4 inches (51 - 102 mm) are best.
NOTE the CC model slicer can be converted to the Lattice CCL model slicer by purchasing the recommended parts kit. Contact your local Urschel representative for more information.
