The Sprint 2 is part of the DiversaCut® line of dicers. Sanitary, stainless steel design, the DiversaCut line features a compact cutting zone enabling precision throughout the cutting process – decreasing waste, thereby improving cost savings.
The cutting zone is completely separate from the mechanical zone. Operation at the push of a button. Hinged access panels facilitate routine maintenance and offer full access to every zone of the machine – mechanical area and cutting path area. The dicer accepts infeed measuring up to 6.5'' (165.1 mm) in any dimension. The Sprint 2 comes in two versions — with or without a discharge conveyor. The conveyor version assists in discharging into totes or other conveying systems, and optimizes controlled, complete discharge of cut product to reduce waste. The non-conveyor version offers a lower cost alternative.
The E TranSlicer represents the smallest footprint in the TranSlicer line. Sanitary, stainless steel design.
Hinged/sliding panels provide full access for ease of routine maintenance. Ideally suited for elongated products, the belt-fed slicer employs interchangeable 20” (508 mm) cutting wheels to produce crinkle or flat slices or shreds. Slicing, julienne, or MicroSlice® wheels are available.
The E TranSlicer processes leafy and elongated vegetables and is also popular in the snack food industry for items such as plantain and cassava slices. In addition, it will cut celery and carrot sticks. Newly developed parts transform this machine from standard slicing to either a 35- or 45-degree bias flat or crinkle slicer.
